• Innovation and R&D related to product development, optimization, and the scale-up of products in formats such as confectionery, chews, gummies, Bites, Mints, Gummies, chewing gums, candy, tablets etc. including formulation, product and process development, optimization.
• Should have knowledge of food chemistry and science behind blending of raw material, mouth feel, slow release agents, formulate dosage technical chemistry, sensory evaluation, coating, granulation, compression etc.
• Exposure and experience in Quality Assurance, pharma and FSSAI laws and guidelines
• Must be conversant with the end to the end life cycle of product development from concept to commercialization
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
