Job brief
At Vulcan Packaging LLP, we are looking for a full time quality and development manager to organize
and oversee the manufacturing of Tin cans and drums.
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer
requirements and continuously improving and sustaining the processes created and implemented.
Responsibilities
? To set up systems and ensuring the same is implemented in order to run the production
process systematically
? Record and analyse data
? Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
? Learn and conduct FMEA analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, VA-NVA and analyse and justify
new improvements that can be done to better the existing process
? Learn to determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
? Ensure output meets quality standards
? Enforce health and safety precautions
? Report to upper management 
Requirements
? Should be inclined to gain knowledge of Quality management
? Love for Mathematics and Numbers
? Knowledge in MS Office
? Good communication ability
? Attention to detail
? Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
