Job Description:

Role: Handle marketing operations including (but not limited to):

Work with different brand teams and assist in brand management activities on day-to-day basis.
Gather and analyse data related to the assigned brand(s)
Competitor Analysis - Help the Marketing Manager to arrange for competitor information (products, SKU, pricing,
POS materials etc.) from the market and aid in market understanding.
Help in New product development by coordinating with Factory, Research & Development, Market Research and Advertising agencies.
Coordinate with various functions for rolling out new brands and new stock keeping units (SKU)
Assist the marketing teams to liaise with vendors for marketing collateral development, track deliverables and ensure timely availability on field.
Handling MIS reports and related issues.
Try to resolve issues and keep record of business as per requirements.
Create and maintain a catalogue of products and collaterals at HO, set up the same during meetings to higher management. 
Keep a track of all the brand spends and provide monthly reports.
Working on marketing collaterals along with the Brand Manager / design team
Help the marketing team for smooth execution of various campaigns.
Source and supply the promotional materials to the respective depots.
Coordinate with factories / depots to manage the movement of goods.

Person specs (preferred):

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Confidence in communication with good communication skills
  • Excellent in MS-excel and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to coordinate among various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in working with Advertising Agencies

KRA Objective Details

To assist on timely execution of all Brand related activities

  • Agency co-ordination To coordinate with agency to ensure Beta, and other material reaches the vendors in time
  • CFT co-ordination To coordinate and organize meetings with proper invites and infra organization including meeting rooms
  • Brand guard books To ensure that all POP and pack options are updated on a monthly basis Pack/POS Artworks To ensure that all POP and pack artworks are cleared by all stake holders and reaches vendors on time Internal Research Coordination
  • To coordinate and get data collated on prescribed format for internal research as per BMs guidance. Also, to ensure consumer connect in the campus is coordinated
  • Product library To ensure that all packs of WCC and competition, along with pricing and offers are updated on a monthly basis

To assist on timely execution of all Sales related activities

Promotions co-ordination

To coordinate and ensure that all promotions/offer material reaches depots in time. Also coordinate for timely execution of local activation and ensure quality control with market visits.

POPs/Gifts Organising

To coordinate and ensure that all POP/Gifts material reaches depots in time.

Facilitate Schemes execution

To track scheme execution in different areas and monitoring them with coordination BM, sales team and Branch FE

Activity/Launch reports follow up Launch reports to be coordinated with Ams and collating at BO level Product/Media detailers To ensure timely release of product/media detailers to sales team

To ensure on time submission & maintenance of MIS

Weekly Tracker

All MIS on the brand to be completed as per the guidance and format of the BM

Brand master Data analysis for reviews Weekly Flash mails AC Nielsen analysis

To ensure stocks movements as per plan

Inter-depot stock movement and MT stock management as per guidance of BM

To coordinate Inter depot stock movement in coordination with supply chain team - under guidance of BM

To maintain all business- related administrative activities

Consumer complaints  handling & co-ordination

To coordinate and ensure that the consumer complaint samples are reached to the consumer in time

Arrangements & Hospitality

To coordinate and arrange for gate passes, meeting rooms, infrastructure and organising of lunch/snacks as required

Co-ordination with accounts for bill clearance

To manage coordination of the estimate and bills are provided to Finance in time.

Brand Project

Category Manager to finalise a brand project which will be handled independently by the BE
