Chief E-Commerce Manager - Insurance at Mumbai
Job Description:
- Drive Business & generate lead for the D2C Channel through Performance marketing campaign on the relevant platforms including Search, Display, YTMax, Affiliate, Social networks.
- Improve lead quality through conversion rate, manage cost per lead (CPL), Campaign Budget Allocation etc.
- Manage Website & Mobile App Traffic through Google Analytics platform
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Work closely with the IT Team for Customer Journey on the website, CRM, Dialer, Landing Page etc.
- Active participation in website revamp through Content/UI/UX
- Manage Customer Engagement of existing customers through Campaign Management by using SMS/Email/WhatsApp/Voice Calls media vehicles
- Oversee the execution, mentoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
