- Responsible for the all work related to casting yard for Precast like Pre-Stressing, Reinforcement of steel, shuttering, concreting, lifting and shifting of I-girders, C-girders, Pier cap
- Supervising contracted staff, manage subcontractors, ensuring site safety
- Advise and assist Construction managers on site during construction
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Responsible for the monitoring, preparation of method statements for activity
