Position Name: E&E Engineer (Design)

 No. of Positions: 02

 Qualification:  Diploma/B.E. (Electrical/Electronics)

 Experience: 3 to 8 years’ experience in Automotive Electrical/ Electronics Design & development

 Job Description:

 E&E Design of parts and aggregates/ assemblies for Commercial vehicle Steering system.                   

 Knowledge Required:

1.  Basic knowledge of Steering system.
2. Understanding the technical inputs from customer and generate BOM and drawings.
3. Must possess high level skill in parametric modeling using PTC Creo software.
4. Must have direct experience in the design & development of ECUs in automotive electronics, for EPS in particular.
5. Must have exposure to derive software architecture requirements based on Steering system, and safety requirements.
6. Knowledge of embedded software development & Algorithms design.
7. Good knowledge of sensors and integration of electronics in mechanical sub-system.
8. Able to root cause issues in EPS & defining DTCs (Diagnostics Trouble Codes).
9. Able to create DVPs for Electrical & Electronics of EPS Systems.
10. Must have understanding of global and Indian standards like DIN, BIS, JS, ISO and IS.
11. Must have good knowledge in GD&T and stack up analysis.

 Additional Knowledge/ Skills Required:

1.  Basic understanding of APQP system.
2. Basic understanding of Bench-marking process.
3. Working knowledge in PLM software preferably Windchill.
4. Basic design calculations and knowledge of DFMEA
