Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of
professional experience to join our client company. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in managing tradeshows, social media,
SEO, website optimization, and content strategy. This role offers an opportunity to
drive impactful marketing initiatives for one of the global leaders in concrete
machinery manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tradeshow Marketing:
o Plan, organize, and execute tradeshows and industry events to
maximize brand visibility.
o Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, and lead generation
strategies.
o Analyze and report on the success of tradeshow activities.
2. Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand
awareness and engagement.
o Create and schedule compelling content across various platforms.
o Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on
insights.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve
website ranking.
o Work with content teams to produce optimized web and blog content.
o Analyze competitor SEO strategies and recommend improvements.

4. Website Management:

o Oversee website updates, ensuring alignment with the brand identity
and messaging.
o Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website
usability.
o Monitor website performance and user behavior to drive continuous
improvements.

5. Content Strategy and Marketing:
o Develop and manage content plans to support marketing goals.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging case studies,
brochures, and other marketing materials.
o Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all
materials.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
o Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve key marketing
objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
 Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
related field (MBA preferred).
 Experience: 4-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in manufacturing or
B2B industries.
 Proficiency in SEO tools, social media management platforms, and CRM
systems.
 Excellent communication and project management skills.
 Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
