JR. MANAGER - HR
Job Description:
- recruiting, training and developing staff
- making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- pensions and benefits administration
- approving job descriptions and advertisements
- looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- organising staff training sessions and activities
- monitoring staff performance and attendance
- advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
- ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
- negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Company Profile
At present, the company is running an integrated steel plant at Kutch Gujrat to manufacture Sponge Iron, Mild steel billets, Re-Rolled products (TMT bars).
Considering the power requirements of our manufacturing facilities, our Company has also set up a captive power plant to meet its energy requirements.
