Job Description:
  • recruiting, training and developing staff
  • making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • pensions and benefits administration
  • approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • organising staff training sessions and activities
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
  • ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

      Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

  • Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

  • Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Company Profile

At present, the company is running an integrated steel plant at Kutch Gujrat to manufacture Sponge Iron, Mild steel billets, Re-Rolled products (TMT bars).

Considering the power requirements of our manufacturing facilities, our Company has also set up a captive power plant to meet its energy requirements.
