Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY:
• To develop and implement business plans and all related sales strategies to achieve, maintain and ensure
stable, continuous and profitable growth as per Business Plan agreed upon annually with the Sales Head
• Analyze the territory in order to grasp and tackle all the relevant aspects linked to the possible
applications of the product
• Have technical knowledge about Bisazza products and services related to be offered to dealers,
architects, final customers and colleagues.
SALES & MARKETING:
• To build and manage a solid sales distribution network including retailers, contractors, wholesalers, and
distributors while keeping in mind the particular and essential features of the territory.
• To promote the Company’s Brand “Bisazza” and products with the Architect’s and Designers’ community
• Create visibility to Bisazza product range by setting showrooms/corners onto selected customers and
organising and training.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the key accounts and designers/architects, especially when important
or prestigious projects are to be tackled
• Have technical knowledge about Bisazza products and services related to being offered to dealers,
architects, final customers, and colleagues.

FINANCE:
• To be able to draw and implement a Budget for each market area.
• To ensure collection of payments on time and to agree on sales conditions by writing and in accordance
with guidelines from the Sales Head

SKILLS:
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing a network of agents/dealers/architects.
• Previous experience in Foreign Companies, better if Italian or European (preferably brand oriented)
• Be preferably a local resident.
• Strategic thinker on all levels with an ability to leverage resources to maximize efficiency.
• A professionally driven and aware of the sales operations profit.
• Experience on working with CRM software
• Highly energetic, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge and preferable experience of the distribution network for (in order of importance):
- glass mosaic
- bathroom fittings/fixtures/furniture and ceramic tiles
- top level kitchen design/fixtures
- luxury interior decoration
- decoration
- natural stone, ceramics, wood, fixtures, wellness
- luxury goods B to B
