Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, R, Python, etc.). Knowledge of using visualization tools like MSTR, Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• 1 year experience in Retail category analytics working directly with merchants. 1 year experience in Retail analytics with a strong understanding of customer data. Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across locations

Education requirement: Master?s Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Math or Business with 3+ years? experience in analytical role

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions and provide data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex data sets using R, Python, and SQL to derive insights and identify trends
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement statistical models to forecast business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of analysis
