Job Description:
Provide support, training and assistance to the customer service team
Subject Matter Expert in KG process
Maintain good relationship with wider customer service team: UK, Warehouse and senior management.
Display Good Product Knowledge - Keeps up to date with our product, campaigns, new styles and promotions
Ensure individual KPIs are met at all times
Accurately report data to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
