Job Description:
What you will do
- Lead a team of 250+ team members
- Build and grow emerging business across India and APAC region including leading commercial teams across new business and existing clients
- Work with the CEO and global executive leadership in business planning (revenue, sales strategy, resource planning and profitability)
- Embrace, promote and elevate culture around customer centricity, collaboration, and innovation
- Meet with clients in person as necessary
- Retain, acquire, coach, mentor and develop talent including succession planning
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders globally to develop best practices and efficiencies driving client growth and profitability
- Build strong relationships with global leadership and stakeholders across Groupe
- Provide thought leadership, strategic solutions, and foster innovation
- Participate in industry conferences on representing within the India and APAC region
- International travel is expected 2-3 times a year (including to the US)
Qualifications
- Accomplished executive with 20+ years of marketing experience in adtech/martech, digital marketing, consumer marketplaces or web-tech SaaS companies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work cross functionally with client development, operations, data science, technology, and new business teams to drive growth for clients and (revenue and profit)
- Proficient in business planning and analytics (go-to market planning, client and vertical tiering, resource planning, revenue forecasting, sales pipeline assessment, etc.) and a strong understanding of profit and loss fundamentals
- Successful track record of transforming, defining, and executing strategic and innovative initiatives which will have a major impact on and our market performance
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast-moving, results-driven environment that includes background in both small and large organizations
- Excellent leadership abilities along with proven success in building, growing, and managing a highly talented and motivated global team
- Highly creative, yet pragmatic leader, who can gain consensus amidst conflicting priorities and break down complex problems into actionable workstreams
- Passionate towards innovation and technology
- Impeccable judgement, presentation skills and communication in all formats
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-directed with the ability to make strategic, complex, and difficult decisions
