Social Media Manager
Job Description:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve business goals.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
- Create communication plans and strategies for increasing followers and engagement on social media platforms.
- Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy
- Sentiment analysis of audience and accordingly preparing campaign ideas.
- Prepare content calendar monthly and come up with ideas to create posts for social media
- Briefing designers and executing seasonal campaigns.
- Define most important social media KPIs
