We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT recruitment to lead our recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing recruitment strategies that result in the successful acquisition of top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
- Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and the needs of our clients.
- Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely hiring.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop recruitment strategies that align with their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and results to the Director of Recruitment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
