Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE
• To implement performance management system succesfully across the organization in order to create a performance driven culture

• To effectively increase satisfaction and motivation throughout the organization through implementing various engagement initiatives

 

Responsibilites:

Performance Management System:

1) Implement performance driven culture across the organisation through performance management system
2) Responsible for setting KRAs & KPIs across functions & communicating the same

3) Ensuring timely & systematic completion of Performance review process across the organisation by facilitating performance dialogue

4) Colation of performance review data & linking it to the compensation

5) Assist in identifying the gap analysis on performance and competencies.

6) Suggest inputs/feedback on the process improvement mechanism to drive performance in the organization

Organisational Development:

1) Assist in identifying hi-pots and key people for succession planning by working closely with the HODs across the organization
2) Assist in implementing inititiatives throughout employee lifecycle and policy framework to attract, retain and motivate the workforce
3) Plan & conduct regular surveys, collect & analyze feedbacks on HR & Admin policies & procedures.

Employee Engagement:

1) Design and execute engagement inititatives to increase satisfaction and motivation throughout the organization

2) To ensure effective administration of the survey.

3) Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and resources to help HODs/ leaders to successfully build action plans based on survey results

4) Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles

5) Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement

6) Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement 7) Ensure all the records are maintained and updated to help management in strategic people decisions

HR Operations:

1)Assist in implementing inititiatives throughout employee lifecycle and policy framework to attract, retain and motivate the workforce

2) Assist in devising annual HR operational budgets as per organisational needs & parameters and adherence to it.

3) Assist in standardizing, formulating and implementing HR policies, processes and systems across divisions and company for smooth functioning of the organization

 

 

4) Support in creating employee friendly environment which promotes healthy and positive culture within the organisation

Self Development:

1) Ensure self alignment to organisational goals, policies and provide support to other departments as and when required

2) Monitor self & engage in constant performance discussion to identify gaps and improve performance (as per Jewelex PMS cycle)

3) Develop self through organizational initiatives like training, seminars, regular interactions with industry experts, establishing personal networks, continuous feedback session, etc
