Job Description:

Job Purpose-

Responsible for increasing the market penetration of BI products and achieving the sales targets for specific area by building relationships.

To grow the BI brand by engaging the opinion leaders in the specified area.

Accountabilities-

  • To gather market intelligence through Retail Call Prescription Audit (RCPA) at chemist counters, and enquire about prescription habits of healthcare professionals
  • To meet or exceed sales targets through regular visits to healthcare professionals
  • To develop territory mapping to ensure effective level of call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners to advance the sales cycle.
  • To plan and organize sales strategies in accordance with the gathered market intelligence
  • To develop and execute business plan for territory with sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level.
  • To execute the plan to accomplish goals as per current sales and marketing direction.
  • o meet the stockists and distributors and ensure sufficient inventory
  • To complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records, completing daily call notes and recording of samples. Needs to acclimatize quickly and use various technology tools

Required Capabilities-

  • Willingness to travel daily
  • Should be able to learn mechanism of action of molecules and clinical application concepts easily
  • Adaptability is critical to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision making acclimating to various customer needs, interests and processes
  • Should have patience, perseverance, positive attitude and confidence
