Job Description:
The candidate must be creative, problem solver will Coordination with Builders, Government
Department, and Architect/Interior Designer & Corporate Clients.
-Professionally managing lead generation through to prospecting, arranging appointments, giving
presentation & Spec Presentation to the Client
-Achieve personal sales goal by developing new Business with existing and potential clients.
-Explain in detail about consultation and work related to parking
-Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets target as set by
management.
Manage sales process, lead generation, negotiation, handover to Channel sales/BDM.
-Report on sales, activity and performance as required by company director.
-Spend majority of time outside the firm making contacts with Developers, General Contractors,
Architects, and Engineers.
-Work with estimating staff to develop proposals
