- Calling and confirming batch and language of newly enrolled Ignite clients.
- Conducing Orientation sessions.
- Ensuring the attendance and maintaining high quality client servicing throughout the year.
- Guiding clients to complete the Control Trade.
- Getting the clients renew their subscription after completion of 1 year of Ignite program.
- Act as a one point contact to the client for all his queries.
