Position :MLDZ print Support Specialist

Job Description
Manage IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) for Office Printers, interacting with internal teams (Onsite Services, network), Print support partner and 3rd party vendors
- Coordinate with internal MDLZ teams and print support partner for incidents and requests raised by users for printers
- Responds to end-users support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Escalate major issues to the Print Lead.
- Keeps the end user up to date on the progress of problem resolution.
- Provides end users with detailed knowledge and documents with complete trouble shooting information.
- Works with print support partner to ensure that the service level agreements are achieved.
- Documents and Maintains printer fleet tools/databases.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
ü Graduate, with additional education preferred.
ü IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
ü Technical Training & Certification
ü Minimum 2 years of IT experience
DESIRED SKILLS
ü Good communication skills, verbal and written is a must
ü Ability to learn quickly
ü Ability to think out of the box, come up with ideas to improve the processes
ü Willingness to produce the highest quality work possible
