Make & Approve daily checklist, PM schedule, BM schedule, Shutdown job.

Overall supervision of scheduled PM, BM & Calibration work completion with in time frame

Review daily department work activity on log book.

Operational checking of DCS functionality alarm & system healthiness.

Facilitate in house calibration of field instruments.

Arrange for Master Instrument calibration outsourcing.

Arrange all supporting manual & maintenance.

Root cause analysis of instrument failure & corrective action implementation.

Check for implementation of interlock, new process loop & do the documentation for DCS.

Prepare, Approve & arrange multiple sources of material procurement.

Indent critical spares & consumables.

Prepare, Approve & arrange multiple sources of material procurement.

13

Prepare capital expenditures.

14

Prepare spare parts indented by department.

Check GRN’s.

To identify risk & opportunities to effectively implement QMS.

To provide resources for internal communication

To identify and provide resources for outsourced services and service providers.

To identify and provide resources for emergency preparedness and response.

To provide resources for evaluation of compliance.

To provide resources on MRM issues.

To identify and provide resources for carryout non-conformity, necessary investigation, corrective actions and review.

To identify and provide resources for non-conformity and corrective action.

To identify and provide resources for statutory and regulatory requirements.

To provide resources and planning to achieve QMS objectives.

To comprehend and assimilate change and upgradation in instrumentation control system
