Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:
? Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
? Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
? Researching prospective accounts in target markets
? Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
? Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
? Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
? Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
? Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet
those goals
? Be updated with the scenario of the industry and maintain delightful relationships with
the related government departments and private entities in the industry.
? Work generation from Govt. department and coordinate till work get complete and
submit respective bills.
? Preparation of Bill and Submission of Bill
? Payment Recovery
? Payments Follow-up
? Coordinating with accounts department for billings, payments, ledger reconciliation and
setting client accounts.
? Manage PR with Government Departments.
? Liaising with various Government Departments relating to revenue matters
? To prepare & submit required reports/MIS

Required Skills/Abilities:
? Must have experience of working with government department like
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to multi-task and problem-solving ability
? Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
? Target oriented approach

? Ability to understand government tender documents
Education and Experience:
? Graduate in Commerce or Any Graduate
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
? The ability to travel for work.

Salary- 40k per Month
Experience- 4-8 yrs.
