Jira Administrator (Test Management Tool)
Job Description:
· Configure and customize Jira to support our organization's software development process, including workflows, custom fields, issue types, and screens.
· · Manage and maintain Jira projects, boards, filters, and dashboards.
· · Implement Jira plugins and add-ons to enhance our Jira instance's capabilities.
· · Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve Jira-related issues.
· · Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices, usage, and features.
· · Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of Jira data.
· · Create and maintain Jira documentation, including user guides, administration guides, and policies and
procedures.
· · Continuously evaluate and improve Jira performance, scalability, and reliability.
· · Keep up-to-date with the latest Jira features, trends, and best practices.
