We have an opening for the post of   Asst. Manager- Retail Sales for a Multi-National FMCG company  in Mumbai (Chunabhatti).

Work experience – 3 to 4 years (Team Handling Experience)

Qualification: - MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Age: 28 - 35 yrs.

Gender: Male

 Industry: FMCG/ Food & Beverages

Candidate’s Profile:

•  Flexible to relocate, punctual, sincere, and polite to others.
• Languages are known: English & Hindi
• Excellent negotiation skill is a must.
• Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, basic computer
  knowledge and must have a two-wheeler driving license (a four-wheeler license is favorable).

Job Responsibilities :

• Business development.
• Managing and achieving the given sales target as per respective routes.
• Team management.
• Management Information System (MIS) preparation and data management.
• Analysis of Sales data.
• Management of the Centre.
• Supervision of stock and cold room operations.
• Educate and motivate the sales team with a briefing periodically.
• Support team in marketing and sales activities.
• Maintain and record periodically sampling and marketing activities.
• Control outstanding following company guidelines and protocols.
• Sharing the report to the senior or HO as per requirements.
• Managing and communicating with the sales promoters and the sampling schedule.
• Develop and penetrate new markets.
• Ensure the record and maintenance of the company assets.
• Helping the special tasks if any.
• Communicating well with all staff.
• Achieving designated KRAs/KPIs.
