Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or having recruitment experience.
Experience: min 1 to 5 yrs in Recruitment process for Middle & Top level and also Good coordination with client.
Gender: Female only
Job type: Remote / Work from home as Freelancer / Commission basis.
HR Recruitment activities ->
End to end recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT industries.
Understanding the Job Description, Screening the resume, schedule interviews & follow-ups till candidates joining.
Posting ads on job portals, Bulk emailing to job-seekers, Social media, use of own database and referencing to source candidates.
Scheduling interview & update the status of the candidate after the interview.
Coordinate with client to get resume shortlisting, interview feedback, new openings or any offer / joining.
Maintaining database of the candidates and MIS on a regular basis.
Personal skills:
Good communication skill in English.
Good knowledge of MS-office, Internet browsing & email conversation.
