Job Description:

Key Role:

      • Marketing  You will work closely with leads across the India business and HR team to oversee the day to day execution of the marketing activities including corporate communications, media relations, events, content, IP, digital, case studies, and CRM management. You will support the development and implementation of a media strategy that positions company and its employees as leaders within the marketing, communications and creative industries
 
      • Digital Marketing  You will work hand-in-hand with the Digital team to devise and execute initiatives and campaigns that support the firm’s growth strategy and brand. This will include the development of visual and written content, platform strategy development and management and paid.  
 
    • Internal Communications You will also support on curating content for Workplace, internal communication platform. Gather content and support delivery of weekly employee newsletter. 

Website & Social Media

    • Managing editorial calendar for the company website and act as point of contact for digital requests 
    • Managing the websites CMS system to upload content ensuring that website maintenance best practice is always followed 
    • Executing delivery of the social media strategy for the company. Including engagement across Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook  
    • Managing consistency of org tone of voice across all channels 
    • Working with APAC marketing team to collaborate on the execution of regional and global social media campaigns 
    • Crafting copy and maintaining a weekly content calendar  
    • Working with the design team and external design contacts to create and develop assets for all platforms (GIFs, graphics, video etc.) 

Requisites:

    • Impeccable writing skills and ability to write copy for a variety of platforms and audiences 
    • Experience in a digital marketing/communications role, social media management, and web content creation and editing 
    • Experience in internal communications and employee engagement 
    • Demonstrable passion and hunger to keep on top of social and digital trends and advancements  
    • Strong understanding of current online and offline marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. 
    • Experience with WordPress, Drupal or similar website formats 
    • Ability to read and write basic HTML  
    • Experience in using Adobe Photoshop  
    • A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels 
    • A sharp eye for detail, quality and aesthetic 
    • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
