1.       PM adherence > 90%

Carry out regular maintenance work as per scheduled plan

2.       Breakdown

1. Improve and Increase overall equipment effectiveness by providing timely delivery of service
2. Cost effective modification to reduce maintenance cost to minimum

3.       Employee Involvement

1. Ensure proper usage of PPE during execution of job
2. Ensure proper risk assessment done before start of any maintenance job
3. Ensure implementation of suggestion/TF5/EU5 in various area and close the assigned point.
