- The Candidate should be well-versed in Preparing Tender & Contract Documents,
- experienced in planning the procurement strategy for all projects,
- The desirable Candidate should have good negotiation skills to appoint eligible contractors
- and suppliers at optimum cost,
- Experienced in evaluating all the Techno-commercial bids received from the contractors.
- Knowledge of Negotiations of tenders at each level and concluding tender packages within budget,
- Good knowledge of the Material rates.
