Salary: 20lpa - 25lpa + Incentives

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Note: Required Only Immediate Joiner

Job Responsibilities:

1/ Events and Road shows 

• Organizing events and Corporate Road shows 
• Corporate branding activities 
• Attends/visits prospective customers, if needed in Events 
• Organizing channel partners meet and training programs 
• Formulating channel partners incentives and awards 
• Co-ordinating for Celebrity guests 
• Distributes target amongst Direct Reports 
• Reviews performance with Direct Reports every fortnight; Help them sort out issues if any 
• Conducts Work Lists reviews every 15 days with Direct Reports VP S&M GM Marketing 

2/Helps VP S&M in timely launch of projects 

• To ensure all items in Pre-Launching Preparations are completed 
• Ensures that site related activities (e.g., sit e office etc.) are completed on time 
• Ensures that FAQs for all projects are prepared on time 
• For all mass projects organizing a brokers meet 
• Decides on variety of activities that need to be undertaken as part of marketing exercise 
• Ensures maintenance of all creative material in soft copy formats for future use 
• Participates in various fairs and exhibitions and mobilizing resources for stalls etc. 
• Monitors the execution of those activities with GM Marketing; VP S&M GM Marketing

 3/ To implement Brand Position / Corporate Communication strategy and oversee all related activities 

• Corporate branding inhouse 
• Interaction with outside agencies like media, ad agencies, hoarding agencies etc 
• Interaction with vendors like printers, bill board companies 
• Participates in various fairs and exhibitions and mobilizing resources for stalls etc. 
• Monitors the execution of those activities along with synopsis report for the event 
• Conduct performance review on a fortnightly basis 
• To review all company related material which goes out to stakeholders – customers, media, JV partners, investors (newsletters, welcome letters, calendars, presentations, brochures etc.) 
• Manages and implements all changes to the company website 
• Implementing innovative marketing branding tools 
• Organizing Company annual day event 
• Marketing of Evos Parivar Connect program VP S&M GM Marketing 

4/ Responsible for retention, skill development, growth and satisfaction of team 

• Ensures appropriate training and development interventions 
• Conducts timely and transparent appraisals 
• Conducts monthly 1:1s with direct reports 
• Actively manages vertical and horizontal career development of team 
• Conducts semi-annual skip level 1:1s with all indirect reports 
• Conduct performance review on a daily basis
