AGM/DGM Administration - CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AGM/DGM Administration to join our team!
You will be responsible to manage all admin activities across all branch offices.
You and your team's main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of all required processes.

Reports to: Founder & CEO
The objective of the role:
- Managing activities of all offices - PAN India.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of all related and required processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train team members and allocate responsibilities.
- Assess team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Education and Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Overall, 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real estate will be highly preferred.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems and procedures.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to assigned budget.
- Responsible for office related statutory compliance.
- Responsible for negotiating and acquiring new office space as per the company’s expansion plan.
- Responsible for travel management for the organization.
- Responsible for fleet management.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendor management.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Skills/Abilities:
- Highly motivated
- Proven experience in administration role.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills. Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement and customer service procedures.
- Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
