PROJECT MANAGER

JD For BIM/Project Manager -
We are seeking a full-time BIM/Project Manager for our BIM team, with a
minimum of 08 years of work experience to lead the BIM projects and
operations and coordinate with clients. He / She will be responsible for overall
project operations and ensuring that all the processes run smoothly. The role
involves working closely with all Clients, Management, BIM/Project
coordinators and team.
Brief -
He / She will be responsible for Client coordination, Internal team
coordination, Project deliverables, Coordination with project coordinators,
Review and QA/QC project deliverables, Manage and Coordinate project
deliveries/ delegated tasks with the team, Team recruitment, Learning and
demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (Architectural,
Structural & MEPF Coordination), Professional and proactive approach,
Training, Implementation & interaction with client and target audience for
projects.

Qualifications
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture/ Civil from an accredited
College.
