Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's mission and vision.
  • Create operational plans, budgets, and timelines to achieve organizational targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Assess current operational processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Streamline workflows, standardize procedures, and introduce automation tools and technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including human resources, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop staffing plans, recruit and train employees, and oversee their performance and professional development.
  • Optimize resource utilization, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implement quality assurance programs and monitor adherence to regulatory standards, quality metrics, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, human resources, and IT, to achieve operational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Communicate operational updates, initiatives, and performance metrics to executive management and other relevant parties.
  • Address and resolve operational issues, conflicts, and customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is must.
Sound knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analysis tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
