Job Description:
Hiring Human Resource Generalist for Leading BFSI Client in Mumbai
 
Location - Nariman Point(work from office)
Objectives of the role
 
Talent Acquisition
  • Source candidates from multiple sources
  • Manage positions on Application Tracking System
  • Interview candidates and coordinate with stakeholders to complete the selection process
  • Extend offers, negotiate, and engage with candidates until onboarding
  • Keep searching for relevant passive candidates and schedule interviews
  • For critical roles, map the talent from the competition.
Consolidate Talent Acquisition data and prepare MIS.
  • Capture key data like compensation for every candidate evaluated for positions.
  • Prepare MIS and share periodically.
  • Assist in any other MIS reporting as required.
Campus Hiring
  • Coordinate with campuses for Summer Internship and Management Trainee programs.
  • Increase brand on campus through campus engagement programs
  • Establish relationships with institutes that have trained talent to hire.
Compensation & Benefits & Other HR projects
  • Supports in managing the compensation & Benefits program
  • Supports key HR projects
Knowledge & Skills required for the role
  • Understanding of talent landscape and sourcing strategies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Ability to interview and document detailed feedback
  • Prepare presentations and MIS reports
The prior experience needed
 
  • 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience

Qualifications:

  • MBA or any equivalent qualification. Specialization in Human Resources would be preferred.
