Back Office Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Review and process incoming medical/health insurance claim investigation requests.

Understand prescriptions, medical bills, diagnosis reports, and hospital records.

Coordinate with field investigators for case updates, doctor verifications, and report follow-ups.

Analyze investigation inputs and draft structured final reports for clients.

Ensure accuracy in medical terminology and pharma-related data entry.
-
Maintain updated records of claim files, both digital and physical.
-
Communicate with clients (insurance companies) for additional documentation or clarifications.
-
Ensure timely delivery of investigation reports within deadlines.
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
-
Prepare regular MIS reports for internal tracking and client review.

Educational Qualification:

D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma (mandatory)

Experience:
-
1–3 years in back office operations in a TPA, insurance, pharma company, or hospital preferred.

Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare claim processes.
-
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
-
Good communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data.
Preferred:
-
Exposure to TPA claim processing, hospital billing, or insurance documentation is a plus.

Experience working with CRM or claim management tools.
