Job Description: Recruiter (Contract - 6 Months)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter with 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  2. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  4. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure the authenticity of candidate information.
  7. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate progress.
  8. Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting candidates.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current industry trends.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  8. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
