Job Description:

Few Must Haves:

• Has to be from the advertising agency circuit/network
• Knows the inner workings of advertising agencies and clients 
• Understands the ways and means of navigating and getting a project from the agency. Knows the key people in the agency circuit 
• Ability to target high-value prospects 

Responsibilities:

• Generating new business in the form of films (TVC/Digital), Animation & Still Shoots by approaching and pitching  Production to advertising agencies 
• Focus on establishing long-term business relationship with the agency after winning new projects
• Focus on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of the Prospects.
• Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules with the help of the production team
• To be the POC between the agency & Production during a pitch & the production process.
• A knowledge of the mediums and the shoot/production process- Ad-films, Animation, Still photography
• To be able to create presentations & pitch decks for the production company as/when required 
• Track all agencies and its key clients and campaigns
• Connect with relevant business prospects and engage them with Production's services
• Formulate new business processes & practises and put them into effective use 
• Working towards the fulfillment of monthly and quarterly business targets in cohesion with the team.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on Clients, Industry current affairs, brands, projects, pricing etc
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, growth & forecast plans
