Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Customer Support Executive for a Reputed Company for the Pune location.

 

Job description:

  • Support schools and parents through email/ phone.
  • Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
  • Visit schools for on ground support
                            

 

Desired Profile of the candidate skills:

  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
  • Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word etc.
  • Language proficiency – English, Hindi
 

 

Job Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)


We are looking for Female candidates and should have own laptop.
 
Education background - should be a graduate, if communication skills are excellent we can consider HSC passed candidates too.
