Sales Officer - LFR

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Officer who can excel in these KRAs, demonstrating a
professional approach and an impressive track record in achieving sales targets,
fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth.
1 Take ownership of and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
2 Develop strategic and tactical plans for business growth and devise effective methods
to achieve these objectives.
3 Manage end-to-end sales operations within the assigned geography.
4 Identify and appoint dealers and distributors in the assigned territory, ensuring
effective management of their monthly and weekly sell-in and sell-through activities.
5 Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
6 Collaborate with customers and business partners to gain a deep understanding of
their business needs and objectives, enabling the scaling up of their operations.
7 Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services through
compelling proposals and presentations.
8 Evaluate the market potential and plan aggressive business expansion in targeted
markets.
9 Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the channel, aligning it with the overall
business objectives.
10 Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis,
following up promptly to ensure targets are met.
11 Proactively acquire new customers to generate business, providing them with
informative education about our offerings.
12 Maintain and develop business relationships with existing customers, managing preand
post-sales activities, and ensuring monthly collection targets are achieved.
13 Identify and create innovative solutions to address specific business problems at the
state level.
