Job Description:

Responsibility And Skills :

  • Proactively generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking for business growth.
  • Establish rapport with prospective customers and provide a personalized sales experience. Understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints to recommend suitable vehicles from our product range.
  • Showcase the features, benefits, and specifications of automobiles to potential customers through product demonstrations, test drives, and presentations.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Handle objections and address concerns promptly and professionally. Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and promote additional services or products. Strive for customer satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and buying patterns to identify market opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate customer requirements and feedback effectively to internal teams for continuous improvement.
