Post – BIM Coordinator

Job description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator, with a minimum of 02-05 years of work experience to lead the
project. He / She will be responsible for Client coordination, Internal team coordination, and Project time
deliverables, Review, and QA/QC project deliverables Manage and Coordinate project deliveries/ delegated
tasks with the team, Learn and demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (Architectural,
Structural & MEPF Coordination), Professional and proactive approach, Training, Implementation &
interaction with clients and target audiences for projects.

Responsibilities:
· Should have good design knowledge of Residential, Mix use, and Commercial projects.
· Work with management and in-house team in developing a vision and deliverables for all projects.
· Control project deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high-quality outputs for the
various design stages of the project.
· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
with Experience in design & detailing of services like Architectural, Structural, HVAC (Mechanical), Electrical,
Plumbing, Fire fighting, and IBMS.
· Coordination with Client and ASMEPF consultant for the information required to prepare BIM models,
design discrepancies report, and drawings.
· Lead the project meetings.
· Coordination with project coordinators and teams to achieve the required project deliverables in line
with the client’s requirements.
· Manage project workflow and task sheets.
· Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project
workflow criteria.
· Ensures that project drawings are made as per the required standard and delivered timely as planned.
· Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
· Keep track of the major decisions (MOMs) during the Project subsistence.
· Manage the implementation of supporting BIM software. (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc..)
· Needs to be an expert in BIM, Revit Architectural, Structural, MEPF Modelling, and Detailing.
. Should have experience the design standards, codes, and calculations along with
· Develop/Update, implement, and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols, and standards within the project
team.
· Ability to extract clash reports and understand the gravity of each clash. The ability to offer better clash
resolutions without compromising the design quality is vital.
· Attend coordination meetings and provide information for the resolution of issues.
· Excellent communication skills and collaborative abilities to present design issues or model changes.

Qualifications
· Minimum Experience - 02 to 05 years
· Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
· High level of proficiency with REVIT and BIM software.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Self-driven and motivated, Passionate, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, someone who meets
deadlines consistently, and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
