AR specialist - Mumbai

Job Description:

Job Purpose
The group is establishing a financial hub in Mumbai to offshore its finance processing and credit
control functions, hiring a team of AR specialists to support the Head of Finance – India in the
processing of all of the Group’s subscriber invoices and the performance of the bulk of the credit
control work.
Acuris is a rapidly changing organisation, and it is imperative that the successful candidate can adapt
to, and help drive change in the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Processing sales invoices promptly and accurately calculating VAT/ sales tax where appropriate
ï‚· Perform quality control checks on invoices created by other members of the team
ï‚· Liaising with sales people and subscribers to resolve queries
ï‚· Chase debtors on a regular basis by telephone and email and update system notes
Required Knowledge and Experience
Finance graduate
Very strong written and spoken English
Enthusiasm, resilience, drive and commitment, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines
Strong excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
