Job Description:

Responsibilities and Activities

· Quality Control through process control & MIS publication on daily/weekly/monthly basic.

· Overall management of all PQC Supervisors / Engineers through work guidance.

· Management of Process Audit as per schedule to have better control on process.

· Process Audit round on daily basis & CTP/CTQ process parameter monitoring.

· FPA – Verification of in-house component before start of production.

· Daily/Weekly/Monthly review line issue, audit points & PPM trend.

· Participate in process control during new product introduction.

· New Product FPA & Supplier Part FPA Line Trial.

· Critical process audit Foaming, Ultrasonic, Brazing ,Lokring ,Gas Charging – routinely.

· Overall responsibility of PQC in case of 2 shifts running.

· Maintaining ISO system as per requirement & Should work on TDR Project, Improvement project , Innovation Project.
