JOB RESPONSIBILITES / KRA |
1. Operation of injection molding machinery 2. Responsibility for in-house and vendor-end production 3. Set daily, weekly, or monthly production plans along with raw materials and manpower. 4. Responsible for tool changes, setting process parameters, and production output. 5. Carry out routine maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. 6. Working with the internal departments (Purchase, Tool-Room, Store, Maintenance, Quality) 7. Visual inspection of produced components for quality control and to identify any issues or defects 8. inspecting molds and equipment for defects, repairing them as needed, and maintaining records of all work performed. 9. Maintain and follow all processes and quality-related documents. 10. Contribute to continuous improvements and process optimization
