Job Description:
An Executive Marketing role for water treatment involves driving sales and brand awareness for solutions like RO, ETP, STP, and WTP by generating leads from industries (hospitals, hotels, government), managing client relationships, executing strategies, coordinating with technical teams, and handling proposals/tenders, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge (mechanical/chemical background is a plus).
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies for water/wastewater projects (ETP, STP, WTP).
- Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business from industrial, commercial (hotels, hospitals, builders), and government sectors.
- Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, meet clients, understand needs, and present solutions.
- Sales Support: Prepare proposals, support tender processes, and coordinate with sales/technical teams.
- Partnership Management: Build relationships with consultants, EPC partners, and channel partners.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Digital & Events: Manage digital campaigns (social, email) and represent the company at events/exhibitions.
- Education: BBA, B.Com, MBA, or relevant engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
- Experience: 1+ years (freshers welcome for some roles) to 5-8 years in water treatment marketing/sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes (STP, ETP, WTP).
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and data reporting.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A self-starter with a passion for customer insight and business growth.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Organized, analytical, and adaptable.
