Job Description:

Age Limit - Below 35 Years. 

Candidates from FMCG industry will be preferred.

Min 3 years’ experience in each company (not job hopper).

 

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Expanding the brand market by creating effective brand image in order to increase the overall product sale for long term profitable growth of DFPL Foods business and develop key strategies for multiple brands through digital & online platforms, tools along with effective brand strategies.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Planning:-

  • Digital strategy planning & data analysis for DFPL and plan to support & increase sales.
  • Analysis of Sales – e-commerce, on our own website.
  • Planning & managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Company’s brands & products for the full calendar year.
  • Conceptualizing digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results.
  • Making sure our market share & objectives are met in regards to sales as support of on ground sales & strategies in regards to expansion of geography, depth of market share & staying ahead of competition.
  • Make sure content & decks are planned & executed in advance as per brand requirements.

Operations:-

Website Management :-

  • Managing websites – managing content updatation, product info, banners, Online Sales from our own website
  • Website updation and promotion
  • Increase traffic to website
  • Content creation and optimizing SEO
  • Oversee the work of Agency engaged for website maintenance. Ensure updates
  • Knowledge  of software of websites  in website Management.

 

 

Social Media Marketing:-

  • To include various platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Set-up linkdin to help promote trade marketing as well as resources for DFPL.
  • Social media marketing, category wise for all our brand products
  • Exploring new markets and analysing new regions.
  • New product launch campaigns
  • Study and apply new & innovative ideas for promotion activities.
  • Assigning the designated social media task for the agencies. Ensure SOW’s of agency are met & make a plan for unmet SOW’s to cover up.
  • Coordinating with our digital marketing agencies and overseeing their creations/ work. Responsible for Digital marketing Agencies’ performance and review the same on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Budgeting of expense & keeping a track of expense to ensure it is within budgets.
  • Payment of retainer & variable bills after checking & making sure the expenses billed by agency are correct & as committed.

Google Advertising & Promotional Events:-

  • Coordinating with the television ads and other marketing activities with TV, DVC, Radio Mirchi, Google ads, Facebook, Twitter , Bling, E Mails and other Platforms for Social Media Marketing.
  • Organizing & arranging the promotion events incl. events such as launches, networking events, webinars and webcasts.

Other Activities:-

  • Overseeing ad campaigns, video creation, content creation & other support required for social media marketing.
  • Analyzing metrics and Identifying trends - Assembling the tools to capture market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate with others marketing agencies for new trends/processes.
  • Become fully immersed and educated in all of the MR food category brands.
  • Clearing the activities from the supervisor
  • Monitoring the inventory and checking products.
  • Geo targeting, Regional campaigns, Sampling Strategy in SMM.
  • Increase base of organic followers in SMM.
  • Write ads awareness through SMM and Google advertising
  • SEO knowledge and PPC campaigns.
