B.Sc /M.Sc/B.Tech Food Technology

   

Experience

2 -3 yrs experience in Product Development & Formulation.

   

Requirement

Worked in Pickle Industry.

   

 

Job requirement

  • Product development of products as per brief provided & market requirement.
  • Documentation of Product, Process & Inspection.
  • Aware of FSSAI & Statutory requirement
  • Aware of Sensory evaluation of products
  • Knowledge of HACCP & review whenever required.
  • Understand consumer feedback, customer complaint & incorporating it into product development.
  • Monitoring & periodical inspection of products in concern with mfg & QC dept.
  • Frequent visit to all manufacturing locations for product trials.
