Job requirement
- Product development of products as per brief provided & market requirement.
- Documentation of Product, Process & Inspection.
- Aware of FSSAI & Statutory requirement
- Aware of Sensory evaluation of products
- Knowledge of HACCP & review whenever required.
- Understand consumer feedback, customer complaint & incorporating it into product development.
- Monitoring & periodical inspection of products in concern with mfg & QC dept.
- Frequent visit to all manufacturing locations for product trials.
