Immediate Requirement for Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Guide sales team for daily store operations to ensure effectiveness and provide support in implementing strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders & payments) and assist in tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
