General Co-ordination
- Timeline Management
- Scope of work and deliverable review
- On-site feasibility and viability checks and reporting
- Bar chart preparation and monitoring between agencies
- Daily/Weekly schedule planning and review with agency
- Monitor daily site activity report on agreed frequency to Client/ Top Management
- Review Execution of work as per drawings and instructions to vendors
- Site review meetings & MOM preparation
- Co-ordination with Internal Team
Vendor Management
- Comparison of vendor/contractor
- Assessment of work
- Technical meeting with Vendor/ Contractor
Site Technical Management
- Auto CAD (Editing)
- Man-to-Man Management
- Sound knowledge of MS office, internet
