Job Description:
- Manage overall branch banking operations and performance
- Drive business growth across CASA, liabilities, assets, insurance, and wealth products
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets
- Lead, train, and manage branch staff and sales teams
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing customer relationships
- Ensure excellent customer service and grievance handling
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit, and risk policies
- Handle branch administration and operational controls
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth branch functioning
- Develop local market strategies and business opportunities
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Banking / Retail Banking / Branch Banking
- Prior experience in team handling and branch management preferred
