BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams;studying system capabilities; writing specifications to fulfill current needs and overcome existing system limitations
• Create wireframes & figmas to visualize the solution for specific modules and functionalities
• Identify API needs & review JSONs for data field understanding and construct sample data contracts for alignment with client teams prior development kick off
• Define project requirements by identifying sprint milestones, phases and elements; forming sprint objectives with team; establishing effort buckets to track consumption and leakages
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity;resolving problems; publishing progressreports; recommending actions
• Create & maintain daily/weekly & monthly status tracking & reporting around progress with risks and mitigation approach in an actionable and repeatable manner that highlights relevant trends and opportunities for improvement
• Understand and communicate the effort and operational impact of any changes throughout the project life cycle
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues with detailed RCA
