Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships within the Builders, Architects and other relevant community. Leverage these relationships to get products specified on future projects.
  3. Establish short and long term goals and strategies in regards to key clients and prospects. Develop specific action plans to achieve goals.
  4. Prospect new opportunities within core markets.
  5. Manage and update key CRM tracking systems to reflect account/project activity.
  6. Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competitor sales etc.)
  7. Generation of MIS reports for facilitating decision-making by top management.
